Peace and Joy be with you all

Peace and Joy be with you all

I would be contented to wish all the readers, with something more than the usual custom. Herein, my wish is “peace and joy be with you all”. Mostly the readers and browsers of this site are students, parents, teachers, public and well-wishers.

Dear students, You are the gemstones or the diamonds of this school Family. You adorn this very institution with your calibre and marvellous extracurricular activities. I take pleasure in addressing you as diamonds. The reason is this. The name diamond is derived from the ancient Greek word, adámas (ἀδάμας), meaning “proper”, “unalterable”, “unbreakable, untamed”. Four characteristics, known as the four Cs, of diamonds are carat, cut, color, and clarity. You as diamonds, should show forth the above mentioned characteristics, such as carat – a measure of purity, cut – trimming the personality, colour – brightness in all that they do and finally clarity – in thoughts and deeds. This is a long process, and it involves the commitment of many individuals, especially of the families and the school.

My staff members, you are my pride, dear colleagues. I am grateful to God Almighty for having blessed me with a wonderful team of staff.

Dear parents, along with the teachers, you have an equal share of responsibility in the formation of our children. We, the management is deeply moved by the outpouring of support of appreciation given by you all
Our well-wishers and public, we at school believe in the theme “teamwork”, in order to make the diamond-making process successful. Teamwork is the ability to work together towards a common vision. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results. The teachers and administrators of Marian Family recognise the importance of teamwork in the formation of the students. We, as a team, have toiled much for the common vision of making our students diamonds. Each student gets polished year by year to emanate much lustre through the loving touch of the teachers and parents. As a Principal of this house, I only have words of appreciation towards my colleagues and parents, because I cannot forget the hard work they put in for raising the children to the level of gemstones of this structure.

Remaining grateful to the Almighty God for His abundant blessings, I conclude with the same greeting once again. “Peace and joy be with you all”.

Thank you.
